What are your prints made on?
All Hill Valley Studios prints are produced on Enhanced Matte Art Paper (200gsm) with archival inks — the same material used by fine art print studios. No cheap poster paper. No flimsy finishes. Just rich, gallery-quality color that holds up over time.
What sizes are available?
Unframed prints come in three sizes: 12×18", 16×24", and 24×36". Framed prints are available in the same sizes, finished with a classic black frame and Perspex glaze.
Do you offer framed prints?
Yes — each listing includes a framed option at checkout. Frames are classic black with a Perspex (acrylic) glaze, non-mounted. Ready to hang straight out of the box.
How long does shipping take?
Every print is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Standard shipping is 5–8 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap — stay in the loop by signing up for our email list.
Do you accept returns?
Because every item is printed specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. However if your order arrives damaged or there's a print defect, we'll make it right — no hassle. Just email us at hello@hillvalleystudios.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.
My print arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at hello@hillvalleystudios.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your call.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $100 ship free automatically. No code needed.
Can I get a discount on my first order?
Yes — sign up for our email list and you'll receive 15% off your first order.
The print I want is sold out. Will it come back?
All of our prints are made to order, so technically nothing is ever "out of stock" in the traditional sense. If a listing shows as unavailable, reach out to us at hello@hillvalleystudios.com and we'll sort it out.
