Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us right away at hello@hillvalleystudios.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
For customers in the European Union: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer law. However, as all products are printed to order, the right of withdrawal may not apply under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
